Stuff to discuss in the donor shop and Monster Drops

Donor Shop items to discuss with Lee:

1. Full Primal
2. Katana and Ninjato
3. Gnome Scarf
4. Anger Weapons (Sword, Mace... etc..)
5. Ring of Wealth (Double drop rates)

Monster Drops:
1. Planning on lowering drop rates on all rares by half. (harder to get)
2. Gnome Scarf (Giant Mole)
3. Anger Weapons (Recipe for Disaster Monsters) <--- Sneak peek maybe? ;D
4. Spider Web Cape (Giant Spiders - Really Rare drop)
5. Bandos Kiteshield (General Graardor - Custom Item)

By the way guys, does Skillcape emotes sound good to you? I'd love to have them, but they've always been buggy on 317 servers.
